How to register LPG subsidy: Direct Benefit Transfer for LPG (DBTL) Scheme with and without Aadhaar About DBTL Scheme    1. Consumer will need a bank account to join in this Scheme.Consumers need to link their Aadhaar to their bank accounts.Consumers will get one time subsidy prior to their first cylinder.From there on wards Domestic LPG consumers will get their subsidy directly to their banks accounts after booking their cylinders.

As a pilot program DBTL Scheme is going to launch in 54 selected districts from 15/11/2014. For rest of India 01/01/2015 on wards. Those who are under DBTL Pilot program has to submit their bank accounts and Aadhaar numbers. To do this follow any of these ways mention below.

How to join in Direct Benefit Transfer for LPG (DBTL) program

There are two ways to join in DBTL program

• Aadhaar based transfer program.
• Non-Aadhaar Cash Transfer.

Joining of DBTL Scheme through Aadhaar based transfer program

Step-I: Link your Aadhaar number to your bank account by filling form-I and submit at your bank branch.

Step-II: Link your Aadhaar number with you LGP Consumer Number in any of these following ways.

• By hand: Submit Form-II to your LPG Distributor.
• Call Centre: Call 1800-2333-555 and register your Aadhaar number by following instructions.
• On Web: Submit your Aadhaar at www.rasf.uidai.gov.in.

How to join Direct Benefit Transfer of LPG (DBTL) without Aadhaar

This process is only for consumers who did not have Aadhaar number. First you have to submit bank account details. You can do in any of the following ways.

• By hand: Fill form-IV and submit to your LPG Distributor.
• By web: Log on to www.MyLPG.in and enter your bank account details.

After registering your bank account fill form-III and submit it at your bank accounts. That's it, in either of ways you can join in DBTL Scheme and get your LPG subsidy directly to your bank account.

Price of the cylinder under LPG

The DBTL districts domestic LPG cylinders will sell for market price without subsidy. Consumers has to buy cylinder for full price (Rs.1, 300-1,400), after that the subsidy amount from state and central government will directly credit tied to your bank accounts within one week from the date of delivery.
